LEHAN, Judge.

We reverse the trial court's dismissal of the information against defendant for possession of cocaine on or about March 13, 1987.

Defendant's contention in support of the dismissal is that the filing of the information constituted a violation of his due process rights because the state delayed the filing of the information until June 2, 1989. The argument of defendant, who apparently has mental problems, is that he was prejudiced in the preparation...
