Defendant appeals his convictions for trafficking in a controlled substance by manufacturing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant challenges the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence and seeks a new trial. The question presented by this case is whether the evidence sought to be suppressed was seized during the course of an unreasonable search in violation of the United States and New Mexico Constitutions...
