This is a redhibitory action filed by plaintiff, George Parker, against Dubus Engine Company (Dubus), Commercial Union Insurance Company (Dubus's liability insurer), and Rodco Worldwide, Inc. (Parker's insurer)1 for fire damages sustained from three fires that damaged two 671 Detroit diesel engines which were rebuilt and sold to Parker by Dubus.
