Appellants, Donald and Geraldine Kovaleski (Kovaleskis), bring this appeal from a final judgment entered against them in their action for declaratory judgment against appellee, Erie Insurance Group (Erie Insurance), in which the Kovaleskis seek underinsured motorists benefits. The case was submitted for a non-jury trial upon a stipulation of facts. The trial court rendered a verdict in favor of Erie Insurance, and denied the Kovaleskis' post-trial...
