This matter is before the court on the motion of the Plaintiff, Nathan Yorke ("Yorke" or "Trustee"), as Trustee of the Debtor, Santa Fe Trail Transportation Company ("Debtor" or "SFTT"), for production of certain documents from the defendant, Santa Fe Industries, Inc. ("SFI" or "Defendant"). On May 11, 1989, the Trustee moved to compel SFI to produce certain documents which it had withheld on the grounds...
