PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from a conviction, following a jury trial, for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. This appeal was scheduled for oral argument pursuant to Utah R.App.P. 31. The appeal raises three issues: (1) whether the original investigating officer had a reasonable articulable suspicion to justify the stop of defendant; (2) whether the original investigating officer had probable cause to arrest defendant
