Dixon appeals the summary denial of his Rule 3.850 motion to vacate his judgment and sentence which alleged that his trial counsel had provided him with inadequate representation. Although we disagree with the lower court's determination that the motion was legally insufficient for failing to comply with the technical requirements of the rule, we nonetheless affirm on the ground that appellant did not demonstrate a prima facie case of deficient performance...
