Appellant, Carvel Norfolk, appeals from his jury conviction of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, Section 575.150 RSMo (1986), for which he was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment as a prior and persistent offender under Section 558.016 RSMo (1986).
