On November 1, 1988 the Chapter 7 Trustee, Middleton P. Ray, filed a Complaint objecting to the debtor's discharge in Adversary Proceeding 88-431. He also filed a separate Complaint in Adversary Proceeding No. 88-435 against the debtor's spouse, Barbara Graham, who is not a codebtor.1
