NYE, Chief Justice.

This suit involves a claim for title and possession of land pursuant to an alleged oral agreement and a cross-claim for recovery of a portion of the net proceeds of an insurance claim settlement. After a bench trial, the court found that an oral contract for the sale of land existed between the parties.
