Plaintiff, Jerome Moore, appeals the dismissal of his action against the Cameron Parish School Board (School Board) for the return of his first year's rental payment, as well as damages for breach of contract, because the School Board did not provide him access to the section of land in Cameron Parish it leased him for hunting and trapping.
