The issue in this appeal is whether Michelle E. Thompson's plan for reorganization under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code was proposed in good faith pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3). The Colorado Student Obligation Bond Authority (CSOBA) argues that the bankruptcy court erred in confirming the plan because it was designed solely to avoid repayment of Thompson's student loans.
