Debra Grebe sued K-Mart Corporation for damages for injuries received when she allegedly tripped and fell in a K-Mart store in Bay City, Texas. Based on jury findings, the trial court entered a judgment awarding Grebe $84,118.67, which represents past medical expenses, pre-judgment interest, and actual damages, in addition to post-judgment interest and court costs.
