Movant, Kelly Lee Neal, was charged with two counts of kidnapping, § 565.110, one count of forcible rape, § 566.030, two counts of sodomy, § 566.060 and two counts of stealing, § 570.030. Pursuant to a plea agreement, movant entered pleas of guilty to the charges of kidnapping, forcible rape and sodomy.
