The defendant was convicted in connection with the armed robbery of a taxicab driver on February 9, 1986, and the attempted armed robbery and murder of a taxicab driver on February 10, 1986, after a joint trial. The defendant argues that the court erred in failing to charge that certain witnesses were accomplices as a matter of law so that their testimony required corroboration....
