Defendant, among others, was present at the scene of a fire at a residence in the City of Elmira, Chemung County. It was discovered that a number of items had been removed from the residence. Those items were apparently hidden behind an abandoned store after they were taken, and defendant and Ricky Hall returned to pick them up later. After the pick-up, Hall and defendant drove to a local bar where defendant allegedly sold the stolen goods...
