Police officers, responding to a 911 call received at approximately 8:00 P.M. reporting an intruder in a closed commercial building, arrived at the location and once inside, on the fifth floor, observed the defendant descending a stairway from the sixth floor with a shopping bag in hand. In the shopping bag, the officers observed a sweater which was later determined to have been taken from a store on the seventh floor of the building...
