NYE, Chief Justice.
A jury found appellant, James Ward, guilty of murder and assessed punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant challenges by three points of error the sufficiency of the evidence, error in admitting a tape-recorded conversation, and error in admitting a photograph of the victim.
