REVERSED. We agree with appellant, Herbert Bopp, that the court's order, whether construed as a finding of civil or criminal contempt, was entered in violation of the appropriate rules of procedure and must be vacated. See Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.380(b)(1); Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.840.
