In a discovery "death penalty" case, the sole question presented to us is whether the trial court abused its discretion by its order striking the Plaintiffs' pleadings and granting Defendant a take-nothing judgment where Plaintiffs' answers to Defendant's interrogatories and their response to its request for production were served on Defendant three weeks before the sanctions hearing was held and the sanctions ordered.
