This is an appeal from an order condemning a vehicle pursuant to § 20-2-93, Code 1975 (Supp.1989).

The applicable part of that section is as follows:

"(a) The following are subject to forfeiture: ".... "(5) All conveyances, including ... vehicles... which are used, or are intended for use, to transport, or in any manner to facilitate the transportation ......
