A jury convicted the defendant, Dorothy Lybarger, of two counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual assault (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 38, pars. 12-13(a)(2), (a)(3), 12-14(b)(1)). Judgment was entered only on the aggravated criminal sexual assault count, and the defendant was sentenced to a seven-year term...
