On May 3, 1989, Orville Allen Longuskie was convicted of one count of first degree kidnapping, RCW 9A.40.020(1)(a), (d); one count of attempted first degree kidnapping, RCW 9A.28.020(1), (3)(b);1 9A.40.020(1)(b); and one count of third degree child molestation, RCW 9A.44.089. The court imposed concurrent exceptional sentences of 192 months for count 1, 120 months for count 2 and 24 months for count 3.
