Alice Early Alexander, the surviving spouse of Marvin M. Alexander, Jr., appeals from the trial court's judgment awarding to Katherine Alexander, Marvin's prior spouse, certain benefits of Marvin's contingent retirement benefit plan from General Dynamics.
