In his proposition of law, plaintiff asserts that his constitutional rights to due process and equal protection have been violated because he is required to make alimony payments through the bureau of support, now the support enforcement agency, and because he also is required to remit a two percent fee on those payments. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the court of appeals' judgment that these requirements are constitutional.
