This is an appeal from a final judgment of the County Court at Law of Angelina County, Texas sitting as a juvenile court. The trial court granted the State's Original Petition that alleged that appellant engaged in delinquent conduct as a juvenile by having committed the offense of aggravated sexual assault upon a child younger than 14 years of age.
