Plaintiff Roland R. Mills appeals a trial court judgment denying him statutory penalties and attorney's fees against defendant/employer Guaranty Industrial Contractors, Inc. and its insurer CNA Insurance Co., and denying him supplemental earnings benefits (SEB). Mills also contests the trial court's decision to allow the defendants a credit for compensation paid prior to trial.
