Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, we find that the County Court correctly denied his motion to suppress his confession based on his claim that he was placed in custody without probable cause. This confession was obtained after the defendant voluntarily accompanied detectives to a police station.
