We review Leggett v. State, 548 So.2d 249 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989), because of conflict with Jaggers v. State, 536 So.2d 321 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
