The New Hampshire Adult Parole Board denied plaintiff's request for parole from the State Prison. Plaintiff petitioned the superior court for a writ of habeas corpus to review the denial, but the Court (Dunn, J.) dismissed his petition and denied his subsequent motion for reconsideration.
