Michael J. Schanzer (Schanzer or appellee) recovered a money judgment against Terry Nelson (Nelson or appellant) under the Deceptive Trade Practices—Consumer Protection Act, ("DTPA"), Tex.Bus. & Com. Code Ann. § 17.41 et seq. In seven points of error appellant contends: (1) recovery was barred by limitations; (2) Schanzer was not a "consumer" under DTPA; (3) Nelson's conduct was not a "producing cause" of damages...
