Plaintiffs Davidoff Extension S.A. ("Davidoff Extension") and Davidoff Et Cie. have filed the instant case under the provisions of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1051-1127 ("the Act,") seeking monetary and equitable relief for defendants' alleged trademark infringement of the federally registered trademark "DAVIDOFF."
