PLOTKIN, Judge.

Plaintiff Pavlos Mihalogiannakis seeks damages for wrongful garnishment of his property by defendant Lyman L. Jones Jr. Additionally, he contests a judgment awarding Jones costs of defending his legal malpractice claim which was dismissed by the trial court, as well as a judgment denying him many of the costs he claims for defense of Jones' reconventional claim in defamation which was also dismissed.
