This case is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas.

The facts of this case are as follows. On June 18, 1984, appellee, Yasuhiko Kaji, M.D., examined appellant, Tracy L. Sorina, and determined that she was fifteen to sixteen weeks pregnant.
