Appellant, Rodney O'Neal Laws, was convicted, after a jury trial, of possession of cocaine, in violation of § 13A-12-212(a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975, and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. He appeals, raising three issues. Since we find it necessary to reverse this case, we will address only the issue of whether the state established a sufficient chain of custody for the admission into evidence...
