Sharon Wilson ("debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on April 12, 1989. The United States Trustee ("Trustee") moved to dismiss debtor's petition pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(a) and (b). On September 27, 1989, the Honorable Jo Ann C.
