Randy Williams appeals a judgment and sentence entered after he violated probation. Prior to placing Williams on probation, the court adjudicated him guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver in violation of section 893.13, Florida Statutes (1987), a second degree felony. Upon revoking his probation, the court sentenced Williams to 7 years' incarceration, which is in excess of the one-cell upward increase authorized by the sentencing...
