The appellee, Webb Development, Inc. (Webb) sought a writ of mandamus to require the Cobb County Board of Commissioners (Board) to provide sewer service to 32 residential lots in a 50-lot subdivision the Board had approved for development. The trial court granted the writ, and we affirm.
