R.W., the mother, appeals from the judgment terminating the parent-child legal relationship with her daughter, M.W. We affirm.

M.W. and her older sister were adjudicated dependent and neglected in 1985 when their mother was unable to care for them. After a period of instability, the mother was diagnosed as suffering from long-term mental illness and became a resident in a nursing home. She apparently stabilized on medication and...
