After a jury trial, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff, Dr. Peter Bright-Asare, and against defendant, Continental Air Transport Company, Inc. Damages for plaintiff's personal injuries were assessed at $7,746,200. Defendant appealed. Plaintiff died on April 24, 1990 while this appeal was pending.
