Cobb, Bobby Wayne Phillips, Linda Kay Phillips, Bobby C. Studdard, Elizabeth A. Studdard, Barbara Ann Perry, Jerry Wayne Morgan, and Jeanette Morgan, adversely possessed and, thereby, acquired title to the property claimed by the plaintiff, Sherman Holland.
