Ruben L. Briones appeals a take nothing summary judgment granted in his suit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company seeking recovery on his family automobile insurance policy under the uninsured motorists clause, for bodily injuries suffered in a one vehicle automobile accident.
