JUNELL, Justice.

In separate indictments the two appellants were charged with actual delivery of cocaine to Curtiss Van Dyke. The cases were tried together and the court found both appellants guilty and assessed punishment for each of them at confinement in the Department of Corrections for seven years and a fine of $25.00.
