William Scott Wells was convicted of kidnapping under Ark.Code Ann. § 5-11-102 (1987) and sentenced to life imprisonment. He argues his conviction of a Class Y felony was error as there was uncontroverted evidence the victim was voluntarily released in a safe place. We affirm.
