In this appeal of right from a ruling of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board (the Board), James F. Gay challenges the Board's decision to suspend his license to practice law in the Commonwealth for a period of three years. The Board based the suspension on its finding that Gay had violated Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(4),1 6-101(B) and 6-101(C),2 and 9-102(B)(3) and 9-102(B)(4).
