Plaintiffs owned a home in the Town of Fort Covington, Franklin County, which was destroyed by fire during the night of October 31, 1982. After defendant, which had issued a policy of fire insurance for the property, refused to pay, plaintiffs commenced this action to recover damages. Defendant alleged arson and fraud as defenses.
