We reverse the final summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant/appellee Bramalea Centers, Inc., the owner of the premises on which a shopping mall known as "Gateway Center" is situated. The plaintiffs/appellants sought to recover against Bramalea for personal injuries sustained by Gadis Jones, a five-year-old kindergarten student, when a Himalayan bear which was a part of a performing live bear act ("Goldi-locks and the Bears") attacked Gadis...
