OPINION AND ORDER

CONBOY, District Judge:

Plaintiff Marion T. Gabarczyk brought this action against defendants the Board of Education of the City School District of Poughkeepsie ("the Board") and the Poughkeepsie Public School Teachers Association ("PPSTA"), alleging that defendants discriminated against her on the basis of her age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 ("ADEA" or "Act"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.
