Terry Pike was convicted of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. Prior to trial, Pike filed a motion to suppress, contending that the search warrant issued in the case was invalid. After a hearing, the trial court denied the motion. The sole issue on appeal is whether this was error. We hold that it was not and affirm.
