(MSP) commenced these proceedings with a show cause pleading styled "Motion to Perpetuate Evidence and For a Protective Order," alleging that the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) conducted a study1 involving five cases of an unusually high incidence of neuroblastoma (a rare form of childhood cancer) found in St. Mary Parish, and that the data, documents, preliminary drafts...
